Looks nice from outside. Seems okay inside, but the bathrooms are nasty and poorly kept. Limited selection and rather stale product.
Really bad service!!! Bad looks and they didn't try to be kind and nice at all to the customers!! I understand that it is hard to be nice to everyone but if I'm being nice to them at least I want the same back. I am the customer!!!!!
Service in the morning has gone to hell. Long waits wrong coffee or cold food... Used to be good, change in management?
On my campaign to visit and rate all 7 billion DD in New England, I have come across yet another DD that meets and exceeds all of my expectations, following suit of every other establishment I have experienced. The staff is absolutely lovely and very polite. They keep the place gleaming and it truly adds to the homey atmosphere. To no surprise, the donuts here are way cheaper than any other donut shop. Also, the cleanest part was the bathroom. Fully stocked with toilet paper and looked as if it had never been used. Absolutely amazing!
Every time I come here it is quick, accurate, and everyone is friendly. I hate for this one. Ad experience to overshadow all the good service but quite frankly I'm annoyed. I just worked a 12 hour overnight shift in boston. I stopped by today and my bagel and coffee took 10 minutes. They sliced my bagel and didn't toast it which I asked for and I just threw me a container of cream cheese and then also in the bag was another bagel of the same kind which I did not ask for and it was not even sliced. If I'm paying 2 dollars a bagel and specifically ask you to toast it and put the cream cheese on it then do your job. They had more than enough time to slice and toast the bagel. So glad I didn't give a tip. If you pull up and there's a pack of females working just drive away
