They have been very helpful getting me up and running. Snowblower recently lost shifter function due to a sheared roll-pin. I called at 4:45. They explained it was a standard size I could get at a decent hardware store and there was no need to wait on an order. I will definitely choose these guys first for my power equipment needs.
Steve and Phil were great to work with. It started with a phone inquiry regarding my interest in a chipper/shredder. Phil listened. He then suggested a brand/model that seemed to meet my requirements. I was impressed by his offer to assemble a new arrival (without me even asking) which was followed by an invitation to view the product a couple of hours later. A straightforward purchase followed and there was excellent follow through by Steve on a post sale request. Though a bit of a drive from my home, it was worth it.

Excellent place to purchase and have your equipment serviced. Frank is the best, he assisted in resolving a misunderstood problem with blade replacements. After a mistakenly large bill, everything was corrected to my satisfaction along with great tips and suggestions on keeping my 30" personal pace machine running great.
